Description: Very fine rosé espumante from Adega de Cantanhede from the Bairrada region. This is 'the' region for sparkling wines. This espumante has won a silver medal at the Concours Mondial in Brussels. A real reference.
The color is salmon pink. Lots of fresh notes in the nose. In the nose we get shades of ripe red fruit. The mouth is extremely fresh with a nice full taste. Dry vinified and an extremely fine bubble.
