Description: Beautiful sec bubble from Vercoope. The Vinho Verde region is perfect for making refreshing espumante wines. 50% Arinto was used for this bubble. A logical choice given the freshness of this grape.
We get a light yellow color in the glass. The bubble is fine and soft. In the mind we get beautiful shades of green fruit, extremely fresh. The aftertaste has some acidity, but not extreme. After all, this is also about a 'sec' espumante and not a brut.
