Description: raisin, caramel and a refined touch of wood. Long finish, soft and complex. The leap from 10 year old Tawny to this 30 year old is enormous. In the nose a real bouquet of aromas and in the mouth all refinement with a very long and more complex finish. Shades of nuts, raisins and caramel everywhere. In the glass we already see a deep oxidation due to the aging of the wood.
