Description: What a beautiful wine. The Negra Mole grape is only found in the Algarve region and is a somewhat atypical Portuguese grape. After all, most grapes give a lot of color in the glass.
It is comparable to Nebbiolo or Pinot Noir. So a light wine in color, but a bomb in taste. We get a nice full body in the glass. Ripe red fruit, not very complex, but extremely accessible. A light aftertaste of nuts and herbs. The tannins are perfectly balanced. What a discovery!
