Description: In the glass, we see a slightly yellower color. The nose offers a rich aroma with light wood nuances and earthy notes. The palate is rather complex with hints of nuts, light floral notes, and white fruit. The finish provides fine acidity and the necessary freshness.
This wine is by winemaker Diogo Lopes. The grapes were harvested by hand. This wine is unique and was fermented in concrete/clay vats (egg). 80% of the grapes were used for this. The remaining 20% aged in wooden barrels. This results in a unique wine with complex flavors. You absolutely must discover this one.
