The Via Latina Alvarinho is a monocépage of the top grape from the Vinho Verde region , the Alvarinho. This grape is relatively small and not too easy to harvest. This makes them quite special. The Via Latina Alvarinho comes from the Vercoope winery in the Vinho Verde region. This fairly full-bodied wine goes well with a somewhat fattier fish (salmon, ...), light meat dishes or ideal as an aperitif.
