Description: In the glass we get a light salmon pink color. In the mouth the necessary minerality and freshness with shades of red fruit. Very nuanced. The vinification is dry and extremely modern, as you would expect from a rosé. Ideal as an aperitif or with light fish dishes such as Sushi, but also salads. If you are a rosé lover, then you should definitely try this one.

The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at 14 degrees.
